Cancellation Policy

Our group tours require a minimum number of bookings to operate. In the event this number is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. We will advise you of same by email at least 24 hours in advance and issue a 100% refund to your original source of payment.

In the event of bad weather, tours will be cancelled and full refunds issued. Notices will be sent to your email within 24 hours of scheduled departure.

If for any reason you cancel your tour within 48 hours or less of the scheduled departure time, there will be no refund.

No refunds are given for no-shows.

No refunds will be given for private charter cancellations less than 5 days prior to booking date. We will however, make every effort to reschedule.

Cleaning Protocols

Our boat and all equipment such as snorkels and noodles are cleaned and sanitized after each trip, using safe USDA and EPA approved cleaners and sanitizers.

Throughout the trip you will observe our crew moving about ensuring the cleanliness of the vessel at all times. Bins are available on board for discarding refuse, as throwing trash into our beautiful waters is not permitted. Hand sanitizers are available on board.

What is required to board

You will be asked to show your booking confirmation and to sign a waiver prior to departure. Anyone displaying signs of fever, shortness of breath, or other Covid 19 like symptoms will be denied boarding.
